Gonna Miss Their CFS

Just found out this weekend that Bill & Bobs will be closing their doors, only to stay in the Catering Business. They have some of the best Fork Tender, Flavorful, Chicken Fried Steaks in Town... now we will have to settle for second best; They also had a great, basic, American menu. They have been part of Waco for decades and it will be sad to see them close down. Hopefully, someone will buy their location and keep it open as a locally owned and operated restaurant with the same drive and quality as Bill & Bobs.
